As family medicine physicians, we're trained to handle 80+% of the care people need during their lifetime. As such, your membership covers a whole lot, including:
- Acute sick visits with same-day or next-day appointments
- Chronic care for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid issues, and depression/anxiety
- Routine physicals, including well-child visits, sports physicals and well-woman exams
- Family planning and contraception
- Geriatrics and end-of-life care
- Home visits during business hours within 10 miles of the clinic, if medically indicated (e.g., home-bound)
- Prevention and wellness, such as age and risk-factor based disease and cancer screenings, lifestyle counseling, risk-factor modification and nutrition education
- Smoking cessation
- Minor in-office procedures, including ear wax removal, skin biopsies, injections, laceration repairs and cryotherapy
- Specialist care referrals if indicated
