As family medicine physicians, we're trained to handle 80+% of the care people need during their lifetime. As such, your membership covers a whole lot, including:
- Acute sick visits with same-day or next-day appointments
- Chronic care for conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, thyroid issues, and depression/anxiety
- Routine physicals, including well-child visits, sports physicals and well-woman exams
