Essential Direct Primary Care (DPC) has established a straight-forward, tiered, subscription-based payment solution for patients to receive affordable, quality medical care. With our low overhead, we're able to offer exceptional care while minimizing your financial impact. Membership Pricing
Ages 0-18: $45 monthly, with at least one parent primary membership
Ages 19-44: $75 monthly
Ages 45-99: $95 monthly
Age 100+: $1 monthly
NOTE: A membership with Essential DPC does not constitute health insurance.
There is no enrollment fee.

OMT Pricing
We offer osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT) as an additional service that you pay per treatment. Our EDPC members receive a discount on OMT pricing compared to non-members and are given priority for OMT appointments. PCP referrals are preferred for non-members.
Non-Member Initial Evaluation and Treatment: $275
Non-Member Follow Up Treatments: $175
Member Initial & Follow Up Treatments: $150
Additional Pricing
Labs, medications, immunizations, imaging, procedures and/or any tests that are performed outside of our office (available only for members) will be referred to independent facilities that either accept the patient's insurance or provide negotiated discounts for self-pay patients.
